Here at SkinOver Co., we value the time set aside for your appointments and we understand that unexpected circumstances occur. We offer a 6 minute grace period. After 6 minutes you are considered late & our $15 late fee will applied to your appointment. After that you will have an remaining 4 mins . Anything after that will be considered a NO CALL NOW SHOW & remaining balance will be charged to card on file. We ask that if you need cancel or reschedule please do so at least 24-hours prior to scheduled appointment time. All same day cancellations will be charged a $15 (to card on file) . If you need to reschedule you’re appointment please know that new appointment must be scheduled within a 2 week time frame of original appointment. If scheduled further out than 2 weeks, appointment will be subject to cancellation and new appointment will be required made. No Call/ No Show appointments will be charged full amount of left over balance using the card on file
